Customer Support Liaison Officer

Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC

The Role

You will apply your previous customer service experience to perform the following principal duties:

  • Cooperate and liaise with the technical team and share information across the organisation.
  • Perform quality service at first point of contact.
  • Handling all inbound and outbound calls from ATM/Cash Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal customers, and cardholders.
  • Liaising and coordinating with external third-party service providers to resolve issues.

  • Raise cases for all activities capturing accurate description of incidents.

Payroll Officer & HR Assistant

Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person - someone with numerical accuracy and amazing attention to detail, who is driven and naturally takes ownership over your responsibilities.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the HR manager, your responsibilities in this diverse and rewarding role include processing fortnightly payroll for around 180 employees and contractors combined (using Employment Hero Payroll, MYOB NZ & Reckon software), assisting with generalist HR administration including end-to-end recruitment tasks, while also providing support to the Accounts & Finance team.

  • Accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly payroll for AU & NZ employees and contractors.
  • Ensuring timesheets, leave requests, payroll changes, records and other related material are completed prior to commencement of processing the fortnightly payroll.
  • Accounts payables entry, reconciliation and payments.
  • Company credit card expense allocation and reconciliation.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment procedures.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff.
  • Drafting of letters/contracts for existing and new staff e.g. role changes, salary increases, and other HR related situations.

About You

  • Approachable and friendly, with a great sense of humour!
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 2 years’ previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
  • Previous experience using ‘Employment Hero’, ‘Hero Pay’ and ‘Reckon’ software is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Human Resources or Business highly desirable, along with strong understanding of general HR principles.

Field Technician

North Rocks, Sydney NSW

The Role

This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.

You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:

  • Help with the overflow of deployment work which mainly includes installation and relocation of ATMs and CRTs.
  • Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler/Coin recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/EFTPOS.
  • Participate in an alternating on-call roster shared amongst field technician team, including afterhours break/fix response, covering our service hours days a week
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites.
  • Attend and resolve assigned service requests in a timely manner.
  • Complete accurate and detailed service report (update, closing notes and parts used).

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
  • Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Willingness to obtain 'Gaming machine technician licence' and 'Casino special employee licence' with fees covered by the company.
