The Role
As the Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the prioritisation and planning of client-facing product rollouts, working with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of EAGLEi360, GSL programs and Concilio products to our customers.
You will be required to have a strong understanding of how venues operate and the optimal use of our products to maximise their benefit for our customers.

- Make use of CRM software to track sales and maintain a diary of appointments.
- Travel NSW as required to attend sites and gain sales.
About You
- Ability to work autonomously to generate leads and convert sales effectively.
- A confident salesperson, with strong networking and communication skills is essential for this role.
- Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and products whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Currently hold (or ability to obtain and maintain) a gaming licence.
- Must have experience and existing relationships within the gaming sector.

Customer Support Liaison Officer

The Role

You will apply your previous customer service experience to perform the following principal duties:
- Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Perform quality service at first point of contact.
