Business and Test Analyst
North Parramatta, Sydney NSW
The Role
As the Business and Test Analyst you will be tasked with workshop facilitation, using both your payments and analyst skills to deliver project and business documentation. You will support the delivery of new product innovations, completing tasks across the development life cycle.
- Lead and facilitate internal and external workshops and meetings to gather and analyse product and payments requirements.
- Work with business owners and stakeholders to develop product scope and business product requirements.
- Consult with technical experts to create and maintain solution and functional design documentation.
- Analyse ‘current’ and develop / document ‘future’ business process and technical data flows.
- Lead testing related activities including test planning, execution, and reporting.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Financial Management desired. Formal business analysis certification an advantage.
- Good knowledge of general payments products and financial messaging.
- Experience with Card management systems and Digital Products would be an advantage.
- Strong experience with workshop facilitation, with well-developed analysis and research skills.
- Experience with data mapping & UI modelling and storyboard design would be desirable.

Deployment Coordinator
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for arranging and coordinating installations of Next Payments’ devices, providing high quality service for Next Payments customers.
Reporting directly to the Deployments Team Leader you will be working alongside the rest of our operational team in our facilities in Cheltenham, Victoria.
- Arranging the Installation/Removal/Relocation of devices.
- Liaising and coordinating with internal/external third-party to manage deployment requests in timely manner.
- Progress active requests ensuring service delivery within agreed timeframe, updating requests with relevant information.
- Provide consistent and accurate information when responding to internal/external queries.
- Provide proactive and efficient service to all customers, accommodating customer’s requirements.
- Participate as a constructive team member, through knowledge sharing and team discussions.
About You
- Previous office/administration/customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills.
- Strong ability to transfer information, skills, and knowledge to other staff members.

Treasury Support Officer
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
As the Treasury Support Officer, you are responsible for analysing and providing solutions for financial discrepancies/disputes caused by technical issues or user error, along with the onboarding of software solutions. This role involves fulfilling the following:
- Operate as per processes and procedures.
- Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Liaise directly with customers to resolve discrepancy problems caused by operational or technical issues.
- Liaising and coordinating with external third-party service providers to resolve discrepancy or disputes.
- Provide financial and technical assistance and support to resolve ATM/Cash Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/Pago terminal discrepancies.
About You
- Approximately 2 years previous experience in IT related Helpdesk/System Operations.
- Previous knowledge/experience in accounts/discrepancy analysis desirable.
- Previous experience with Call Management Systems and monitoring systems.
- Excellent PC skills.
