Customer Support Liaison Officer

The Role

Payroll Officer & HR Assistant
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated person - someone with numerical accuracy and amazing attention to detail, who is driven and naturally takes ownership over your responsibilities.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the HR manager, your responsibilities in this diverse and rewarding role include processing fortnightly payroll for around 180 employees and contractors combined (using Employment Hero Payroll, MYOB NZ & Reckon software), assisting with generalist HR administration including end-to-end recruitment tasks, while also providing support to the Accounts & Finance team.
- Accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly payroll for AU & NZ employees and contractors.
- Ensuring timesheets, leave requests, payroll changes, records and other related material are completed prior to commencement of processing the fortnightly payroll.
- Accounts payables entry, reconciliation and payments.
- Company credit card expense allocation and reconciliation.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding staff.
- Drafting of letters/contracts for existing and new staff e.g. role changes, salary increases, and other HR related situations.
About You
- Approachable and friendly, with a great sense of humour!
- Excellent PC skills.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years’ previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
- Previous experience using ‘Employment Hero’, ‘Hero Pay’ and ‘Reckon’ software is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Human Resources or Business highly desirable, along with strong understanding of general HR principles.

Module Repairer
North Rocks, Sydney NSW
The Role
As the Module Repairer, your role involves fulfilling the following:
- Diagnose faults and repair faults in ATM modules, including cash recycler, cash redemption terminal, and cash express components.
- Complete repairs, testing and configuration within the SLA.
- Update software before shelving repaired parts.
- Complete detailed service reports, including updates, closing notes, and parts used.
- Maintain warehouse compliance in line with the company OHS guidelines
About You
- Experience in a similar role repairing a range of different electronic/mechanical modules
- Experience in a role that involved completing technical documentation of repairs
- Strong technical and/or electrical aptitude
- VCE/HSC or equivalent.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, accounting, or industry certification highly desirable

Treasury Support Officer

The Role
As the Treasury Support Officer, you are responsible for analysing and providing solutions for financial discrepancies/disputes caused by technical issues or user error, along with the onboarding of software solutions. This role involves fulfilling the following:
• Operate as per processes and procedures.
• Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
• Liaise directly with customers to resolve discrepancy problems caused by operational or technical issues
• Liaising and coordinating with external third-party service providers to resolve discrepancy or disputes
• Provide financial and technical assistance and support to resolve ATM/Cash Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/Pago terminal discrepancies
About You
• Approximately 2 years previous experience in IT related Helpdesk/System Operations
• Previous knowledge/experience in accounts/discrepancy analysis desirable
• Previous experience with Call Management Systems and monitoring systems.
• Excellent PC skills.
